2 & 3 Angel Square form part of the next phase of the NOMA masterplan. The scheme comprises of two Grade A commercial buildings with ground floor retail and extensive landscaped public realm.
The two new buildings, designed by AHR, will provide 145,216 ft² and 260,487 ft² of office accommodation over 9 and 11 storeys. Both buildings benefit from a central atrium, providing natural daylight into the centre of the plan, generous double height foyer spaces and floor to ceiling heights, and each offer flexible and adaptable floor plates for single or multiple corporate tenants.
The buildings stand as individuals yet complement the wider NOMA masterplan. The alignment of the buildings stitches together the differing urban grains that exist to the north and south, whilst the careful positioning of the entrances allows visual connection between all foyers.
