The Blossom Street development comprises of 140 apartments split across two blocks of eight and seven stories respectively plus 3 townhouse and when complete, will provide a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments ranging from 445 sq ft to 1,000 sq ft. The development is on a constrained site and includes the demolition of the existing buildings. The project was let under a two stage Design and Build Contract with early supply chain engagement to provide cost and programme certainty. Rider Levett Bucknall is providing project management supoort, cost management and Employers’ Agent Services on the Blossom Street development.
