City Gardens is a residential development in the Castlefield area of Manchester. The building is being delivered as part of a wider masterplan for the area. The site is accessed from Chester Road, a major arterial route linking Manchester City Centre with Salford Quays and is a southern gateway into the City Centre.

The lower two floors accommodate two bed duplex townhouses, second to eighth floors accommodate open plan one and two bed apartments and the upper three floors of the building accommodate 3 bed triplex penthouses.
