Situated at the major intersection entering Manchester city centre from the south, over 3.4 acres of land is being developed by Bruntwood at this desirable West Didsbury location. Just four miles south of the city centre and a 10 minute drive from Manchester Airport, Didsbury Technology Park is ideally located in a green and pleasant parkland setting. The site is already home to the iconic Sir William Siemens House and the new Spire Manchester Hospital, meaning incoming customers can cluster with a ready made community. When complete, three brand new Grade A buildings will provide 155,000 sq ft of workspace, 68 surface parking spaces and a 426 space multi-storey car park. In January 2018 work started on the first phase of the development which will see 20,000 sq ft of commercial workspace created, with space available from 3,000 sq ft. Completion for this phase is targeted for early 2019.
