Across three buildings, this city centre development provides 399 new homes (townhouses, apartments, penthouses), accommodation for over 55's, residents' gardens, doctor’s surgery and retail space. Each building comprises a lower linear block (podium) with a tower at one end. The ambition is to create a significant tall landmark building and scheme that has its own distinct character while complimenting the adjacent Deansgate Square scheme. The development forms part of the Great Jackson Street Development Framework and is one of first schemes in Manchester city centre to offer high-end over 55’s accommodation.

Brick and metal materials used are inspired by the local industrial palate and offer a complementary contrast in terms of texture, colour and façade treatment, to the framing of the neighbouring Deansgate Square.
