Spanning 50 acres, the Salford Central masterplan is regenerating Salford’s civic and historic centre. Sitting at the heart of it all, is New Bailey, a vibrant commercial district, adjacent to Manchester’s Spinngfields and home to flagship office development, One New Bailey.
The One New Bailey building, which attracted leading international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in an 80,000 sq ft northshoring deal, is acting as a catalyst to further development in the area. Work has now started on site on a second BREEAM ‘Excellent’, 188,500 sq ft office building, Two New Bailey Square and work is progressing with a second PRS development, following the completion and success of The Slate Yard PRS scheme in 2017.
The Salford Central Masterplan is a regeneration success story. With its mix of commercial occupiers, luxury residential apartments, leisure amenities and community events, New Bailey is creating a truly 24/7 destination in the city.
