The Mulbury Port Street development will, when complete, be 10% larger than many apartments on the market. The 14 storey block will comprise 135 apartments range from 400 sq ft studios through to 900 sq ft three-bedroom apartments. All apartment types meet the Manchester Residential Quality Guidance Standards making them larger than many of the apartments currently on offer in Manchester. The project was let under a two stage Design and Build Contract. Rider Levett Bucknall is providing project management support, cost management and Employer’s Agent services on the Mulbury Port Street development.
