St Michael’s is a project which is set to raise the bar in Manchester. Situated in the heart of the city, it includes a 39 storey lozenge-shaped tower, which is to be clad in bronze anodized aluminium giving it a dynamic look.
The project will bring 147,690 sq ft of Grade A office space, 189 luxury apartments, an international 216 bed five-star hotel, conferencing, gym and spa facilities. It will also bring a synagogue, a range of high end restaurants and bars and new public spaces one of which will be on the 10th floor and home to multiple contemporary food stalls. It will host live music and cinematic events. The historic Bootle Street police station is to be converted into a five-star boutique hotel with a bar and restaurant overlooking the Town Hall. The existing Sir Ralph Abercromby pub is also to be retained blending the best of old and new.
